Çanakkale Technology Development Zone Inc. was established on May 31, 2012, and began its operations on April 6, 2014. The total area of the zone is 145,000 m². It continues its innovation activities with 73 companies operating within its structure.

The vision of Çanakkale Technopark is to contribute to the strengthening of Çanakkale’s technological innovation and R&D infrastructure, and to transform Çanakkale into the region’s hub for software and technology. Its mission is to contribute to the development of the national innovation ecosystem and to enhance Turkey’s international competitiveness. It aims to provide high-standard services to both local and international entrepreneurs, foster collaboration between academia and the business world, support the transformation of academic knowledge into value-added products, and accelerate the transition to an information society.
